On Wednesday, March 1, State Senator Craig Wilcox’s (R-McHenry) district office is moving from the City of McHenry to the Woodstock Square.
“Not only is Woodstock the county seat, but the Woodstock Square draws a great deal of visitor traffic,” said Wilcox. “By moving my office to this easily-accessible location, I am hoping we will have drop-in visitors who are interested to learn how my office can help them with issues involving state agencies, and how they can become more involved with their state government.”
The new location for the Wilcox district office is:
209 North Benton Street
Woodstock, IL 60098
The office phone number will remain (815)455-6330, and constituents can continue to email the Senator through the contact form on his website (SenatorWilcox.com).
“When the weather warms up, we’ll have an official open house for the new office,” added Wilcox. “But for now I invite my constituents to come see the new space at their convenience. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM.
He continued, “I have a highly-trained constituent services staff that can help people navigate state agencies and departments, and they can often help residents cut through some of the state government red tape. They can help with unemployment claims, FOID and Concealed Carry License delays, senior services, state funding and grant opportunities, state tax issues, and with licensing and state aid issues.”
Wilcox said residents of the 32nd District will experience no interruption in services during the move.
